Senate Bill 0195 Passes House & Senate
The Tennessee House of Representatives voted on the Proton Therapy Access Act requiring the addition of coverage for hypofractionated proton therapy for those in the Tennessee State Insurance Plan. The results were overwhelming – 93 for, 0 against and 1 abstention.
