AMA has developed a template to assist physicians and practice staff in responding to the expected high volume of patient inquiries about COVID-19 vaccinations. The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine
In response to a request from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the National Academies have formed a committee that will produce a consensus study to assist policymakers in the U.S. and global health communities in planning for equitable allocation of vaccines against COVID-19.

"It's Up to You" COVID-19 vaccine education initiative
To further advance COVID-19 vaccine education and boost confidence in the safety and effectiveness of vaccines authorized by the FDA, the AMA has worked with the Ad Council and the COVID Collaborative, a coalition of the nation’s experts in health, education and the economy, to launch “It’s Up to You.”
